Comprehensive Model Datasheets

Every Modelithics model includes a detailed datasheet that provides the technical information needed to understand, evaluate, and confidently apply the model. Model datasheets document key model specifications, including validation frequency range, reference plane locations, supported part values, substrate scalability, pad scalability, and configurable model parameters. They also highlight available advanced features and implementation details to help designers make the most of each model. Extensive model-to-measurement comparison plots are included to demonstrate model accuracy and validate performance across the supported operating range. Model datasheets are available within the simulator upon installation of the Modelithics models once downloaded.
