Free to qualified customers, the Modelithics MACOM GaN Library contains nonlinear simulation models for MACOM GaN packaged transistor devices. Among the features included within the MACOM GaN transistor models are variable bias conditions, temperature scaling, self-heating effects, and intrinsic I-V sensing.
