The AMPXP-MCL-PHA22plus-001 is a non-linear behavioral model for the Mini-Circuits PHA-22+ dual matched wideband amplifier in a 6.0 x 4.9mm MCLP package. This amplifier is designed for 0.05-1.5GHz applications and offers a gain match of 0.2dB, phase match of 1.6 degrees and low noise. A combination of S-Parameter with noise/X-parameter model structure enables the model to predict the broadband small-signal S-parameter as well as large-signal results at 25C.;
