The AMPSP-MCL-PMA2133LNPlus-001 is an S-parameter model with noise for the Mini-Circuits ultra-low noise high IP3 MMIC amplifier using E-PHEMT technology in a 6-pin 2 x 2 mm package as mounted on the depicted test fixture and reference planes at the specified location near the package edge. The Modelithics S-Parameter with Noise model enables fast circuit design simulations within the measurement conditions shown under Technical Notes, at 25 C. The ultra-linear low noise amplifier that is represented by the simulation model is designed by Mini-Circuits for 10 – 13 GHz applications.
