The above sample S-parameter(s) were generated using the Modelithics measurement-based model for the MicroMetrics MLP 7120 Series Pin Diode.. These S-parameters represent typical component performance on a 20mil Rogers 4003 of a CS19-1 (packaged) device.
Data swept from 50MHz to 10GHz at -20V, 0V and 100mA bias.
Diodes configured in series 2-port fixture. Reference planes and associated layout detailed in the Modelithics datasheet.
