USF Wireless and Microwave WAMI Center

The University of South Florida Wireless and Microwave Center excels in all aspects of RF & Microwave Education with applications to commercial wireless and military communications, radar and remote sensing. Research topics funded by more than than ten industry affiliates include precision noise, nonlinear and Sparameter measurements covering broad frequency ranges DC to 110 GHz, MEMs design and fabrication for RF & Microwave applications, MMIC design and experimental verification, wireless system CAD modeling, and fabrication and testing of widebandgap devices e.g. SiC for microwave high power amplifiers.
